Disciples Made Here
Pastors Course
Discipleship happens in everyday places—whether by a lake, a well, or on the road—wherever God has placed you. Our goal is to empower churches to confidently say, “Disciples are made here” in every neighborhood and workplace. This course helps churches return to their core mission, equipping believers to make disciples in everyday life
How It Works
Next cohort starts soon!
In this Cohort, you will connect with our leadership team and other pastors on a similar journey to grow as a relational disciple-maker and lead your entire community to be everyday missionaries who live as disciples who make disciples.
"Disciples Made Here provides an incredible playbook for Vision and execution of what it means to live out The Great Commission. It provides anyone, pastors specifically, wherever they find themselves, with something to take away to live out the life Jesus is inviting us into; walking with Jesus as we walk with others."

“What does it look like to impact your community with the love of Jesus? In the absence of a clear answer to this question, too many churches and individual churches struggle to do much meaningful outreach. Disciples Made Here will help you develop your vision for blessing others with the love of Jesus. It will also give you practical ideas for how to do it. As a pastor, Disciples Made Here inspired me to empower my church family for missional living.”

"Since joining a DMH cohort, they have helped in a massive way to put great clarity, language, and practicality around what it truly means to “Go and make disciples.” They’ve helped me to learn and see that each and every one of us are called to be missionaries where we work live and play. And as I’ve put this into practice, we are seeing people surrender to Jesus as a result of living life on mission each and every day. Couldn’t recommend enough the value that DMH has brought to our church."

“DMH was what I needed to get a better vision on how to equip my congregation on disciple making. The co-hort was great to be able to dialogue with other EFCA pastors on what is working and what has not worked. Grateful for the leaders of the co-hort, they are very empowering and encouraging.”
